Turugah Muthoni Hannah’s Gallery

Turugah Muthoni Hannah’s Bio

I was born on 24th June 1976 in a family of four as the lastborn. I joined Ngecha Primary School in 1981 to 1988 and did her K.C.P.E. in 1989. I joined Gichuru High School and did my O’ level where I achieved my K.C.S.E. certificate in secondary school education.

In 1995 I discovered that I have a talent in art and therefore I decided to join Kenya YMCA so as to gain more experience. It was at this time that I met other people who have the same interest. Since that time, we arranged workshops e.g. Kenya National Museum and other galleries in Kenya. Kuona Trust management has helped us greatly in giving us opportunity to work with other people from various countries offering us accommodation.

OBJECTIVE:

Encourage all people all over the world who have talent in art to join and enjoy the fruits of art.

Back home we have organized children classes where we teach them art and in this we have decreased poverty and idlers all together. In this, I am always ready to take chances in workshops so as to socialize and exchange different ideas with other artists.
