Was born in 1972 in a family of 8. He is the sixth born. His family doesn’t have a cultural inheritance. His father had been an administrative police officer for many years serving around Kenya provinces.
After retiring in early eighties he became a Manson. Julius other brothers and sister are mainly farmers and businessmen. So he is the only born as an Artist.
Julius entered Ngecha Primary School in 1979 and studied for eight years and left in 1987. He did not go to secondary school and so he did various jobs including trapping mice at various farms around Ngecha a job he was expert in. He did this work and at these times he worked in butchery until 1995 when he ventured into art and proved capable. His works are mainly on Caucasus and has explored other styles.
